[cisco-voip] DMA Validation Errors - DMA 7.1.3

All,

Performing an upgrade from CCM version 4.1.3es100 running on OS version 4.4aSR4 to a new platform with CUCM 7.1.3b.  When running the DMA (7.1.3) export on the currently deployed publisher, all data is exported sucessfully but fails during validation with the following error.

I've got a TAC case open but was wondering if anyone had seen this in their travels.
In any event I'll update with a resolution when one is found.
