[cisco-voip] No OOBM for 7825?

I have noticed you receive the Advanced license on the 7835/45-H. Great to have OOB Remote Console as most customers do not have IP KVM (or even basic KVM sometimes).
Hopefully Cisco has included same in-built functionality on the C-Series now that HP are going/gone?

I know we bought cisco branded and got the advanced license. Not sure how it happened

That's what I understand as well.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the basic iLO can do hardware resets, it just cannot remote control a GUI interface.

I'm just shocked I guess. Cisco seems very focused on being able to manage their devices in just about any scenario, so much so that this seems like a step backwards...but maybe I'm missing something.
Let me try from a different angle then, what is Cisco's solution for remote hardware management? I've had cases where I've needed to hardboot hung servers in the middle of the night. After all, it is running windows :)

This is nothing new, see the 7845-H4 data sheet as well.

Cisco has never provided advanced iLO licenses for HP servers.

Remote management HP Integrated Lights Out (iLO) Advanced supported but license not provided
The company that practically invented out of band management and pushes it on almost every product now can't include a license with the server to run it? And don't even get me started on the lack of multi-interface support on servers that have multiple interfaces.
Anyone got any info on how to request an iLO license from HP?
