Thanks Lelio, It worked!
I thought I had to deal with the “#” and didn’t know how. So simple sometimes…

You can use options numbers even if they are the first digit of extensions. Simply do not lock that input number. Interdigit delay takes care of the rest.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Connection AA Question

Hi,

I need to have an AA on UC, the problem is that I have extension numbers matching the caller input from 1 to 8 and the actual greeting is like this:

“Welcome to University Laval, if you know the extension of the party you want to reach, please dial it now. For Human resources, press #1; For the Library pres #2, For the Students residences press #3. For the operator, press 0”

So in the caller input, how can I deal with my major services that have to be named and accessible through the main AA ?

I know I can do it with IPCC, which is how we are setup right now, but we have a problem that even Cisco TAC can’t solve, so I want to move my AA on UC.

Thanks.

Sandy.
