[cisco-voip] CCM6.1 adding a new subscriber to the cluster

[Twlight New Moon]

Do I need to restart the whole cluster after I add a new subscriber server to the cluster?  Any recommendation regarding doing it during business hours or moveing this operation to after business hours?
