Subject: [cisco-voip] 7940 load issue
Importance: High
We have an issue with a couple of 2nd hand Cisco 7940 phones we have purchased.
They are booting up but not requesting an image from the TFTP server, they just seem stuck.
Is there a different factory restore procedure for 7940’s?
Regards
