yes, sp2600 DSPs are the PVDM3s. they are completely different from
the 5510 / PVDM2s and there are limitations as to their coexistence
within the same chassis. if you want to see what the capabilities of
your PVDM3 are, you can use the command "show voice dsp capabilities"
and see some interesting output. I'm not sure about the specific video
capabilities other than that there will be some. Ive heard video
specific rumors but since i don't know facts about them i'll keep my
yap shut ;)
