[cisco-voip] 3845 DSP

This is one of the 15.1(1)T features that will be available in the
next few months.  V.90 and V.32 ( speeds greater than 14.4k) will be
supported for T38 and modem passthrough.  You are correct that
anything above that is best effort currently.
