I'm guessing you checked this, but the callback only goes to CER right
and the phone doesn't have that DN on it also?
Callback # goes busy after 180 seconds?
I'm not sure what CER logs to check offhand, but probably start with
q931 debugs off gateway and CCM/CTI traces from Call Manager to see if
call gets routed to CER server.
Report -> Call History in CER shows the extension, etc of phone that
called 911 correct?
