[cisco-voip] Preferred IOS 15 Version

The new 15.0M structure is different than other codes. In old
mainline code, there were possibly hundreds of bugs fixed between an
IOS like 12.4(3a) and 12.4(3g), or 12.4(6) and 12.4(10).
People were tired of not knowing which code to go with, so in the
15.0M the only bug fixes going into mainline are 'show stopping' bugs
that have serious problems or fully disable a feature of the router.
That being said, I believe there are only 3 bugs of that severity
between 15.0(1)M and 15.0(1)M1.
This leaves two other choices - BU specials, and the T train. The T
train is not released yet for the 15.1T train, so it's not an option.
The other option is 15.0(1)XA, which is the BU early adopter release
for the T train. If you don't need the features for this train, I
would go with the mainline. If you hit a bug, it's the other option
at this point.
