I couldn't figure out how to debug the ELIN to Extension mapping in CER
and it's logs.

But I did find the problem. In CCMAdmin> Route Pattern > ELIN.911 near
middle I didn't put a check in Use Calling Party's External Phone
Number Mask.

I have 5 ELINs/Translation mapped back a ERL.

I went to 4 phones and called 911/PSAP which all worked fine.

When 911/PSAP calls back to ELIN it rings one of the other 7940 phones
that called. The default should be a 180 min (CER Server Group) hold of
ELIN back to number that called via the CTI Route Point 913XXXXXXXXX.
How do I debug/troubleshoot this in CER? What log file do I look at in
CER on why/what ELIN mapping it used, etc?

I check the CERService logs and none of them seemed to show the
913XXXXXXXXXX callback occurred in the details (maybe I overlooked it?).
