[cisco-voip] New SFTP option?

Interesting, I've used freeftpd for all my upgrades and have had no issues
with tars over 1GB... I'm looking at a 1.8GB DMA from about 3 months ago
that went without a hitch. Or is the problem more for backups >1GB?
