[cisco-voip] Windows 2000 OS disk

With the win2k MCSOS disks it is pretty straightforward. You put in disk 1, and it either tells you your hardware isn't compatible or it asks for the second disk to continue (the second disk varies by model). If disk 1 is telling you your hardware isn't compatible then you don't have the correct OS version for that server.

The MCS7825H-3.0 (not 7825-H3) takes 2000.2.7.

We’ve exclusively tried HP disks. We will try the 2000.2.7 disks again.

2000.2.7 will work for that model, but you need to have the right disk. I have apparently lost access to the docs that would have told me which disk that is, but the first disk in the 2000.2.7 disk set should tell you which disk in the set to use.

We have a client with an MCS-7825H-3.0 server in a CM 4.1.3 cluster. Because of a failure we are having to rebuild all of the servers in the cluster and we cannot find a Windows 2000 OS disk that will install, we get hardware incompatibility errors. We’ve tried the following OS disk versions:

2000.2.7
2000.4.1
2000.4.4
2000.4.5

Anyone know where I can find specifically what OS disk is needed with this server?

Thanks,
