I have a user who has recently been given a VT advantage camera, and since this has happened he has lost the ability to dial externally via his local H323 gateway. He simply gets an engaged tone on every external call he makes.

I initially thought this was something someone had done to the user’s phone, so I deleted it and started again but I got the same thing. As soon as I add ‘video capabilities’ to the users phone he looses the ability to dial externally.

Has anyone seen this before, and if so what am I missing?
