7.1(3b)SU1 has worked well for me lately. If you use SNR you can get time-restrictions. Enhanced database structure so less features like Extension mobility, cfwd-all are dependent on the publisher.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Upgrading CUCM from Version 6.1.3 to 7.1.3 or 8.0
We are currently running 6.1.3 and are looking to upgrade, but would like to know if there are any compelling reasons to upgrade to 7.1 or 8.0. What features have they added since, 6.1.3? What have they changed/fixed? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
