[cisco-voip] Upgrading CUCM from Version 6.1.3 to 7.1.3 or 8.0

New features for each release are documented in the release notes.   Doesn't look like the 8.0 one is up yet but other 8.0 docs are starting to hit cisco.com so keep an eye on it.
