I mis-understood this in the 7.1.3 release notes, I thought every reboot

concensus appears to be the first boot after upgrade should be slow. IBM

proceed without the delay.

other refererences to this say the server boots enough for ssh to start
so you can ssh in and progress things with
"utils service start Cisco Service Manager"

Can you try that while I dig through the hits?

has anyone ever ran into an issue with 7.13 where the start up after
install stalls on "snmp-mon-0.0.0.19-17"

This is an IBM MCS 7825.

Any ideas?

Thanks
