i'm writing up some documentation which refers to our published corporate directory and a user requesting an extension that is not their's but a receptionist's, shipping desk, call centre pilot desk, etc.
i've come up with a few options (published referral extension, courtesy extension) but i'm just wondering what others have used. it can't be that uncommon to have a personal extension that is unlisted, but another that is.
i know that documentation is different with each site, but i'm all ears.
