[cisco-voip] PSTN Fallback (Call FallBack Active) not working in SIP

Hi

I have an IOS version of 12.4(15) T7 installed on my routers.When i use H323
protocol i can see PSTN FallBack working.When i use SIP protocol, PSTN
FallBack is not working.

My question is  does it has to do anything with version of IOS.
