[cisco-voip] new cisco usb console cable

in a pinch I think i have pushed 112000 bps over a regular console cable.
 you have to set the speed on the router and the console app but you can do
it.  i was hoping for at least usb 1.1 speeds.

cisco's way of getting more money for something you can buy on the market
(usb to serial).
