that won't work. an ATA is an FXS port. you need a line from the CO,
like a fax line. or, one of those cool Adtran devices.

I don't currently have any POTs lines available for my CUCM test
environment, so I'm using my production CUCM with an ATA to provide an
analog line to my MGCP Gateway in my test environment.  I can't get the
MGCP FXO port to register in CUCM, is this because I'm using an ATA
instead of true POTs lines?  Is this not possible to do?
