[cisco-voip] Telepresence requirements

Happy Friday Folks,

I understand there are specific personnel requirements that are
necessary for Cisco to release telepresence units, can anyone point me
to a list or document of what these requirements are? Do they require
specific certifications? We're looking at installing some 500's - I
can live with getting professional services for the first couple, but
there is potential for adding more and hiring out services to install
more of the same is a hard sell for me, especially for the small unit.
All I've come up with so far is the Q&A telling me about needing room
and network assessments.

I have a email out to my AM about this question also.. figured I would
see what the experts opinions are.
