[cisco-voip] Idivert issue

I haven't had a chance to try and recreate this, but wondering if anyone
else has experianced it:

CUCM 7.1.3  (No A or B or other letters)

User says the following happens:

3 phones, sharing a line appearance.

User A is on Phone A with an active call

Call B comes in and rings on shared line appearance on Phone B and C.   User
B and C hit IDivert key on phone.

Call B is directed to voicemail.

Call A disappears from Phone A.

I have a theory that the 2nd Idivert press is causing Call A to divert to
Voicemail as well, but I haven't been able to recreate/prove this.
