Afternoon,
I have three identical branch offices all using H323 gateways, that have
a franking machine attached to an ATA which is being used for dialling
up to obtain credit.
All three branches are able to dial the relevant number, and are able to
connect. However only one of the offices are able to receive the credit
back to the franking machine.
Has anyone experienced this, and if so what sort of things should I be
looking at?
Regards
