[cisco-voip] SUb:Regd Installation of Unity with Microsoft exchange

Dear All,
 
I have a small doubt. This is the first time i am installing Unity with
exchange. I see 2 options that are listed below.

What is meant by this. And does any one has installation steps which are
clear than that are mentioned in the documents. If so that would be very
much helpfull for me.
