[cisco-voip] Changing out a phone model

Cool,

Looks like in Version 7 they added a Migrate feature.  You can get it
directly from the phone, or from the BAT tools menu.  You just need to
create a destination Phone template (again under BAT Tools->Phones->Phone
Template)
