with software conferencing u can get three people conferencing. where as
hardware conferencing uses dsp resources for conferencing so u can get
multiple number people. By default software will be enabled. when u want to
use hard ware conferencing u need to go into telephony service and specify
conference hardware. So that hardware conferencing will work
