[cisco-voip] BT and Caller ID

Need some advise please

I had outbound caller ID working a treat but needed to get inbound
caller ID activated on the line.

My supplier got BT to activate it, so inbound caller ID works  but now
my outbound caller ID doesn't work.


BT are trying to put the fault on my kit. Even though I haven't changed
anything on my Cisco Call Manager
 
I am still pushing out the required six digits, for caller ID.


Any one got any tips on how to progress with BT on this?
