Is this a PRI or CAS? MGCP or H323?

Subject: [cisco-voip] wrong Caller-ID when make long distance calls.
I made sure all our RG and GW in the CUCM contains the corporate caller-id. When I test the outbound calls, it still shows some of our trunk-id as caller id.
Any suggestions how to correct this issue?
Thanks,
Charles.
