[cisco-voip] 7965 Display

So, hopefully this is a simple fix.  7965 screen gooes black like a screensaver after several minutes of inactivity.  However, when someone calls the phone I would expect the screen to light up automatically up so the called party can see who is calling them.  This isn't happening.  What am I missing?  Why isn't an incoming call nudging the 7965's screen to turn on?
