[cisco-voip] CUPS phone offhook

OK, that was weird. All those settings were checked, but I unchecked them,
saved it, then rechecked it saved the config , reset the trunk and it works.

 

I can't explain it, but it works!

I had the same issue, I had the other settings correct just not the SIP
security profile for the SIP trunk
