[cisco-voip] Unity network closing delay when restart

Hi All,

We have Unity 4.2 cluster with exchange 2000.
When restart one of the unity server while exchange server is up, it says
"closing network connection" and takes 40min to 60min to restart server. I
wonder anyone every had this experience.
