[cisco-voip] CallManager 4.1(3) Can I run a SQL query to force logout everyone Extension Mobility?

Logout is not a trivial action in SQL.

Unfortunately not:
CSCsc30917    Add capability for CCM administrator to bulk logout EM users

I see discussion of accomplishing this with "dologout function of AXL" 
but I've not experimented with that.
