When a PSTN call comes into a SIP Trunk on UCM and the phone has call forwarding enabled back to the PSTN, the UCM SIP Trunk is setting the From number in SIP Diversion header as the 4 digit extension rather than the an external phone mask. Is there a way to force UCM to send the 10 digit number (external mask) in SIP Diversion instead of the 4 digit extension?
Current:
Diversion: "1040"<sip:1040 at 192.168.1.254>;privacy=off;reason=unconditional;screen=yes
I would like it to use the external mask instead:
Diversion: "7024101040"<sip:1040 at 192.168.1.254>;privacy=off;reason=unconditional;screen=yes
