If you hit ?? twice fast on phone does it show G711 A-Law vs G711 U-Law on the codec display?

Call comes in H323 gateway 10.32.129.9 to CallManagerA 10.32.129.1 which passes it across InterCluster Trunk (non Gatekeeper) to another CallManagerB which has 7961 phone. CCM Traces show H.225 setup from 10.32.129.1 with Protocol = G.711 A-Law.

It shouldn't be G.711 A-Law but instead G.711 U-Law. Would the codec be set wrong on dial-peer on 10.32.129.9 ?
