In the Cisco Agent Desktop guide there is a section on configuring IP Phone Agent (aka IPPA), you can read that or Google for IP Phone Agent. You have to setup the Service in CallManager first, push Service to phone. Then they use the Service button on Phone to login to IPPA, then hit Ready, etc.

Hi,

Is there a way to separate the agent away from the computer and have it just on the phone?

Thanks.

Rob
