[cisco-voip] Unity Sql query

I have been tasked with finding all users who have "Text for Cisco Unity
Inbox" notification enabled.  Looking at the available reports in the
GUI I do not see anything that would allow me to do this.  Is there a
SQL query that I can run which will provide me with this information?
