I observed same issue at times and restart of Tomcat resolved it for me.

I’ve seen that a restart of the IPPA service and UCCX Engine under the Control Center will fix most problems such as this, however I can’t say that I have ever seen that exact status.

Hi Guys,

 

I get "Request pending..." when trying to access IPPA service

 

 

URL I used.:   http://100.0.0.11:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentInitial.jsp

 

Also all of the names have been changed to IP addresses in Enterprise param.

 

 

Any idea ?
