[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1(5) upgrade fail

Dana, I've run into that same error with an 8.0 upgrade.  Once an upgrade
fails, the docs tell you to reboot the CM to the same partition.  This
resolved my upgrade problem, as soon as I rebooted, I tried the upgrade
again and it went through.
