[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1(5) upgrade fail

Hmm I'll have to check out the specs of the hw.

I did try a reboot of the server and then another upgrade but no good unfortunately. I did also try physical media and via SFTP.

Dana, I've run into that same error with an 8.0 upgrade.  Once an upgrade
fails, the docs tell you to reboot the CM to the same partition.  This
resolved my upgrade problem, as soon as I rebooted, I tried the upgrade
again and it went through.
