[cisco-voip] ask about call redirect?

dear all,

i wanna ask about call redirect,

when a caller successed and no one answer the phone, it's just cut of without 
any information.

i just configure the unsuccessful and invalid step but the prompt didn't play, 
and only busy prompt success.

just like aa.aef script sample.

is there anything that i've to configure in call manager?

i give you a picture of my call redirect script.
