Another thing I just remembered all ipcc users must have an ipcc extension and only end users can have them so......

Yes we have other Administrators/Supervisors/Agents running in production, just need to add someone new for just AppAdmin.

One thing to note is these are all End Users, anything special about a Application User in CallManager vs End User in regards to AppAdmin?

Do you have an AXL user so the UCCX can grabbed the users from CUCM?
