[cisco-voip] UCCX 7.0 forgot steps to add new Administrator to AppAdmin

create an end user and assign it admin rights. It will work.

Subject: [cisco-voip] UCCX 7.0 forgot steps to add new Administrator to AppAdmin




In CallManager 7 I created a new appuser called jaarons, then I logged into http://server/appadmin and went to Tools > User Management > and searched for jaarons and don't find that user.
 
I'm trying to add another person to be Administrator of AppAdmin in UCCX.
 
Clearly I'm forgetting a step -jason
