[cisco-voip] SRST with MGCP on a VG224

That was on my list of things to test, but never got around to it. Theoretically, you would do exactly as you said, the MGCP port would failover to H323 and use dialpeers to talk to a gateway. 

I'm thinking though, it might be better to make them H323 from the start and use gatekeepers.

I see that the application global alternate default is available. Does this mean I would just need to put dial-peer points to the gateway with the local trunks on it so my fax machines could dial-out? 



Everything I have found online talks about setting up SCCP on a VG224 with SRST.
