[cisco-voip] newly configured agents not showing up..

Anyone with IPCC Express run into a problem where newly configured
agents do not show up in RmCm resources?
I believe they are set up correctly in CUCM. In appadmin I can go to
Tools->User Management and search for the users by userID and they
appear with Agent capabilities, but if I click the "Configure
Resource" link from there it comes back with "Error occurred while
reading the Resource". Everything is "In Service".
Perhaps engine just needs a kick in the pants?
Gonna open up a TAC case on this one too (really would like to get
these provisioned today), will post back if I find a resolution from
that for future reference.
