Perhaps in Desktop Admin, you can try under the setup menu the sync
directory services?  I occasionally get odd issues where I make changes
to resources and the change is reflected in CRS Admin, but in Desktop
Admin, they don't really change.  I've always had to restart the dang
thing to fix it.

Try restarting the Desktop Sync service. This is a non-system disruptive
event and can sometimes fix stuff like this.

Anyone with IPCC Express run into a problem where newly configured
agents do not show up in RmCm resources?

I believe they are set up correctly in CUCM. In appadmin I can go to
Tools->User Management and search for the users by userID and they
appear with Agent capabilities, but if I click the "Configure Resource"
link from there it comes back with "Error occurred while reading the
Resource". Everything is "In Service".

Perhaps engine just needs a kick in the pants?

Gonna open up a TAC case on this one too (really would like to get these
provisioned today), will post back if I find a resolution from that for
future reference.
