Thanks Ahmed, yes you are right. DateTimeOrigination is the correct field to
look at.

It will always be 0 as the call never connected.check date time org.

Hi,
 
We need to generate a missed calls report from CCM 4.2
CDR flags are enabled and "Log Calls with Zero Duration" flag is also
enabled.
 
The problem is that all missed calls are logged in the CDR with a Date of
"0". The "dateTimeConnect" is always Zero.
This way, it is not possible to get the date and time of individual missed
calls.
 
Any suggestions?
