[cisco-voip] 911 issue

Hello all,

I have a 911 issue for are call manager 7.1.5. When we dial 9.911 it only sends out our trunk ID. When I call any other number I get the correct caller id. Where do I start to figure this one out? I have looked I think everywhere (Route Pattern, Trunk, Partition) but could not figure this one out!!!!!!
