[cisco-voip] Disallow alphanumeric login for PAB

For EM there is a service parameter that restrict alphanumeric users
from login and only numeric users "this is useful so that each key on
the keypad is mapped only to one digit which is the number on it"...but
I cannot find a similar one for login to personal address book from the
phone...any ideas?
