I have been making changes and calling 911 for a test, they have been telling me the ani and ali. I guess I should have also been doing a "debug isdn q931".

Thanks

Everyone else is right to call the teleco as it's most likely their fault, but before you do, just do a sanity check to make sure you are indeed sending out the right number. If it's a pri, then a "debug isdn q931" on the gateway should show you the number going out.

Hello all,

I have a 911 issue for are call manager 7.1.5. When we dial 9.911 it only sends out our trunk ID. When I call any other number I get the correct caller id. Where do I start to figure this one out? I have looked I think everywhere (Route Pattern, Trunk, Partition) but could not figure this one out!!!!!!
