[cisco-voip] Publisher Restore on Call Manager 7.1.5

Now that I have my new pub hardware I will probably be mocking this up
the lab, won't be till mid-August though before I have time.

What do you think is an acceptable way to test this out.. setup a
sample cluster, migrate pub node to new hardware.. then how to test?
Is just verifying that database replication synchs up OK afterwards
with the test subscribers enough? Other stuff we need to be concerned
with?
